An accomplishment, on average, only one-tenth of 1 percent of students who take the ACT have achieved. Frieda is the fifth student at Parker to receive a perfect score on the ACT since 2015.

On December 4, Parker violinist Josh Wyly, Class of 2023, made his onstage debut before a sold-out crowd with The Piano Guys at Copley Symphony Hall. The Piano Guys, a group made famous by Youtube, chose standout musicians from San Diego County to accompany them during their holiday concert in downtown.

Parker’s all-girls robotics team, the Combustible Lemons, took home first prize for teamwork at the FIRST LEGO League Southern California Championship. The Combustible Lemons, made up of nine girls in grades 6 to 8, was one of two teams to represent Parker at the championship competition held Dec. 3 at Legoland. In total, about 60 teams from across the region competed.
