Parker held a special graduation ceremony for our SPEAK affinity group. SPEAK, which stands for Shaping Peer Empowerment Advocating Knowledge, is an affinity group that supports Grade 9 through Grade 12 Latinx students.
Families, friends, and fellow students gathering in Nicholas Commons to celebrate the 2023 SPEAK seniors. Faculty and staff celebrated the class with toasts and speeches, and the graduates talked about their journeys.
We can’t wait to see what Ashley Morales, Marco Garcia, Daniel Ruiz, and Johanna Chavez do next. Congratulations to the SPEAK Class of 2023!
