Lancers knock off Carlsbad, 3-2
The Francis Parker School Boys Sand Volleyball team captured the San Diego County D1 Sand Championship with a 3-2 victory over Carlsbad last week at the Ocean Beach volleyball courts.
Jackson DeWitt, Class of 2022; and Chris Nawrocki, Class of 2021, won the decisive third game to clinch the win for the Lancers. The team earned a place in the finals after a 3-2 victory of Mission Bay earlier in the week. Ryan Fox, Class of 2023; and Andreas Cardenas-Marouf, Class of 2022, won in three games to clinch the victory for the Lancers.
